The Holy Eucharist: The Heart of Our Faith

Dear Faithful of Mpigi Parish,

The Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is the greatest gift Christ left us—His very Body and Blood, given for our salvation. In every Mass, we encounter His real presence, drawing us closer to Him and to one another. The Eucharist nourishes our souls, strengthens our faith, and renews our love for God.

As Jesus said, “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them” (John 6:56). Let us receive this sacred mystery with devotion and gratitude, for in the Eucharist, we are united with Christ Himself.

Mpigi Parish, let us celebrate this divine gift with faith!

First Communion

The Sacrament of Eucharist is celebrated along with the Sacrament of Reconciliation for children aged 7 years and above. To learn more about St. Joseph's Mpigi Catholic Parish education program, kindly consult the catechists.
